Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders placed at thetraveler.shop. Orders are sold by New Generation Hairstylists LLC ("The Traveler"), with checkout handled securely through Shopify.

Where we ship and cost
We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States, with no minimum. At launch we ship to U.S. customers only and do not offer international shipping.

Processing and delivery
Orders are processed on business days. Available shipping methods, carrier options, and estimated delivery times are shown at Shopify checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email, which includes tracking once your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we're always happy to help you track down a package.

Lost or damaged in transit
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we can't reroute a package once it's on its way. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or if it arrives damaged, contact support@thetraveler.shop and we'll help resolve it, including filing a carrier claim where appropriate.
