Limited Warranty
Effective: May 29, 2026
New Generation Hairstylists LLC ("The Traveler") provides this limited warranty for The Traveler professional folding hair dryer (Model 8300) purchased new from thetraveler.shop. This is a Limited Warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
What is covered
We warrant that The Traveler will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser who bought the product new from thetraveler.shop and is not transferable. Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required.
Our remedy
If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the dryer or replace it with the same or a comparable model if the original is unavailable. This is your exclusive remedy under this warranty. We cover shipping for valid warranty claims, both to send the unit to us if needed and to return the repaired or replacement unit to you. A repaired or replacement unit is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from anything other than a defect in materials or workmanship, including:
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, or discoloration.
- Misuse, abuse, accident, dropping, mishandling, or failure to follow the included instructions.
- Damage from improper voltage, power surges, or use with an incompatible adapter or converter.
- Water damage or use in any manner the product is not intended for.
- Damage from unauthorized repair, service, or modification, or from opening the housing.
- Products with an altered, defaced, or removed serial number.
- Commercial use or use beyond normal personal use.
- Accessories and consumable or wearable parts, except where defective on arrival.
- Products purchased from a third-party or unauthorized seller rather than thetraveler.shop.
How to make a claim
Email support@thetraveler.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible. If we determine the claim is covered, we'll provide instructions for repair or replacement, including a return authorization and shipping details. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Implied warranties
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the one-year term of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this product, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
